Our boutique roastery is firmly focussed on raising the quality of coffee produced throughout New Zealand. Never settle for mediocrity. We offer the complete package from supplying carefully roasted fair trade coffee and completely biodegradable takeaway cups, through to technical machinery support, championship level barista training, and even cafe workflow design.
As advocates of social justice and firm believers in environmental sustainability, Flight chooses to roast and blend only the best 100% Fairtrade certified organic green coffee beans. This is a caring form of trade that is changing the lives of those farmers who would otherwise be trapped in a cycle of poverty.
